I am an EMDR-trained, trauma-informed counselor working toward full licensure as a mental health and marriage and family therapist, currently practicing under supervision in Washington State and Minnesota. EMDR Intensive (not covered by insurance)

An EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) intensive is an extended, focused course of EMDR therapy delivered over consecutive days rather than weekly sessions. It is a well-established, evidence-based method for processing and resolving traumatic experiences, distressing memories, and other emotional issues.

  • Format: 4–6 hours/day over 2–5 consecutive days, with breaks including a 1-hour lunch

  • Schedule: starts around 10:00 am and ends around 6:00 pm; individualized to the client's needs

  • Price: $1,500/day, including 6 hours of EMDR, treatment planning, and resources

  • Deposit: 50% required to hold the scheduled intensive; remaining 50% due on day one

  • Hold policy: scheduled time is held for 2 days without a deposit, then released if unpaid

Mental Health Evaluations for Immigration Cases (not covered by insurance)

Qualifications and approach: 1–2 years of experience working with trauma; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; secure telehealth available throughout Minnesota; trained in evidence-based, culturally responsive approaches, with training completed through the Immigration Evaluation Institute.

  • Expedited evaluation (report within 7 days): $2,200
